PULMONARY MEDICINE

The Department of Pulmonary Medicine is also known as the Department of TB & Chest Diseases or Respiratory Diseases. The consultants/specialists in this department are also called chest physicians or respiratory physicians. The department deals with diseases of the respiratory system (windpipe, lungs, chest wall). We work as a team of doctors in our department everyday, giving outpatient services (OPD), Inpatient services (wards),ICU care.
