The Department of Medicine is one of the largest Departments of Maharishi Chyawan Medical College. The Department provides comprehensive health care to patients in Indoor and outdoor Departments. Round the clock emergency services are provided in Emergency.

• Outdoor services from Monday to Saturday during 9AM to 4 PM.

•  Indoor services comprising of four general wards with 150 beds capacity.

•  Critical care services for seriously ill patients in well equipped ICU.

•  Cardiac care services for patients with heart diseases in well equipped ICCU.

•  24*7 medical emergency services.

•  Running ART centre for HIV/AIDS patients under NACP.

•  Providing diagnostic and therapeutic care for patients with hepatitis B and hepatitis C free of cost under NVHCP.

•  Providing patients care under Ayushman Bharat Government scheme.
