PATHOLOGY

The Department of Pathology is an integrated unit that includes sections for haematology, cytopathology, and histopathology. The departmental laboratory is equipped with an automated cell counter (Beckman-Coulter) and other equipment required for histological evaluation.

The department offers comprehensive state-of-the-art services in Histopathology, Cytology, Immuno-Histochemistry, immunofluorescence, HLA typing and lymphocyte cross-matching for renal transplantation, clinical pathology and Hematology.
